Return & Replacement Policy

We want you to enjoy your books in perfect condition. Because we are an independent author-run shop, replacements are only offered under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged in Transit: If your book arrives damaged due to shipping, we will provide a replacement at the author’s expense.

  • Request Window: All replacement requests must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your package.

  • Proof of Damage: To process your request, you must include clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging.

Please note:

  • Replacements are not offered for reasons outside of shipping damage (such as change of mind or minor cosmetic variations).

  • Requests made after the 15-day window or without photo documentation cannot be processed.
